Basic Testosterone Therapy

Month-to-Month Cost: $99

Patients pay for the first and last month ($198) upon starting therapy, then please expect $99 to be taken out on the same day each month after that. If you ever need to stop therapy just send us a message through our telemedicine app and we will stop charges that day. 

That's it, no contract.

Includes:

      Testoterone Cypionate (5mL) shipped to your address

      Prescriptions for needles/syringes/anastrozole (as needed)

        *please let me know which local pharmacy you use.

      **If you do not carry pharmaceutical insurance, I will provide

         you with a GoodRx card to get a discount on prescriptions.

      Monthly consultations as needed

Initial Assessment 

Do you need testosterone therapy? I am not sure but let's find out. Labs and an initial assessment (approximately 1 hour) will answer this question for us. The initial assessment will identify your need, your goals for health, and provide you with the tools and framework to the healthy life you desire.

*If you have lab results already please let me know! We can waive that cost, if not please know that labs through Balance Medical labs are as affordable as it gets.
